Horizontal bends
Description
Used to provide a horizontal change of direction in the conveyor with a minimum amount of friction. The wheel bend is designed to guide the chain in the return track as well as the top track. Each wheel is supported by two sealed deep groove ball bearings for long life and a minimum amount of friction. The wheel bend is available in four different versions: 180°, 90°, 45° and 30°.
The length of some products does not allow the use of, for example, a 90° wheel bend. In such cases, the change of direction can be distributed between two 45° or three 30° wheel bends.

Ordering information
- Calculate the required amount of slide rail. Refer to the XA\XE effective track lenghts table on pages XAE 39-43.
- Connecting saddles are not included with any XA horizontal wheel bend. Two (2) connecting saddles per horizontal bend are required (refer to page XAE 8).
- Connecting saddles for XE horizontal wheel bend are included.
