• Provides a pre-designed modular control system to perform the basic functions required in a conveying system.
Description
• The basic unit control panel includes:
• Fuse protection.
• Master control relay.
• Start/stop buttons.
• Master power disconnect switch.
• Wiring.
• NEMA 4X enclosure.
• The optional control functions are: emergency stop, jog, pedal switch, photo-eye signal start/stop, electric clutch/break, and motor overload protection.

Emergency stop kit
• Cuts power to the conveyor and control devices in the GenPak panel.

Remote emergency stop kit
• Cuts power to the conveyor and control devices in the GenPak panel.
• Includes emergency stop pushbutton on a remote
operator station.
• Standard mounting bracket and hardware.
Emergency pull cord
• Cuts power to the conveyor and control devices in the GenPak panel.
• Includes switch and mounting hardware.
• Pull cord not included.
Jog
• Upon pressing the jog button the conveyor operates.
• Jog pushbutton on panel cover.
Remote jog kit
• Upon pressing the jog button, the conveyor operates.
• Includes jog pushbutton on a remote operator station.
• Standard mounting bracket and hardware.
Pedal switch
• Can be connected eitheir N.O. or N.C. to provide a momentary signal to run or stop the conveyor.
Photo-eye signal start/stop
• Sends a signal from the photo-eye to start or stop the conveyor.
• Includes bracket and photo-eye.
Time delay photo-eye signal start/stop
• Provides a timed-delay signal from the photo-eye to start or stop the conveyor.
• Includes bracket and timed-delay photo-eye·
Electric clutch/break
• Provides an alternative to index or start/stop the conveyor via an electric clutch.
• An external signal, such as a foot switch, a jog signal, or a photo-eye sensor is required.
• Frame: NEMA 56C.
